meet the founder:
Autumn K. Ballard
Autumn is a lifelong advocate for equity who believes strong communities are the key to overcoming society’s greatest challenges. She has led nonprofit initiatives since early in her career, always centering impact and people.
As founder of Fall In Line, LLC, Autumn helps organizations and community leaders build authentic connections and lasting change. Her experience spans public health, legislative work, and award-winning leadership in student and nonprofit spaces.
Currently a law student at American University Washington College of Law, Autumn plans to use her JD to advance public service initiatives and dismantle barriers to opportunity. She is a proud alumna of the University of Maryland, College Park, where she earned a degree in Public Health, and she is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, attending author talks, and walking around the Washington, D.C. monuments.
